Full Time Position.

This position will have full responsibility for the entire life cycle of memberships, actively seeking opportunities for development of new business, targeting and acquiring new members, whilst ensuring that existing clients remain engaged. As the first point of contact to the market, this candidate needs to be energetic, enthusiastic and can quickly understand the industry.

Additional key aspects to this role include:

  • Actively seeking opportunities for developing business through networking events, cold calling and reading business press to expand the membership database
  • Setting up key contacts to convert to sales of membership
  • Process all new membership applications in all categories of membership, to include raising and forwarding new joining invoices and upon receipt of payment, the distribution of New member’s pack and assist members with access issues
  • Dealing with member enquiries
  • Managing multiple email inboxes

We are looking for a candidate with strong client management skills who is self-motivated with a flexible approach to work. You will need to be able to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks whilst keeping a positive and professional attitude to dealing with people.
