Forward Ladies Web Editor will assist in the development of an editorial team helping to create and update editorial calendars, set up interviews, manage projects, monitor budgets, and oversee long term editorial programs.

The successful candidate will be entrepreneurial, incredibly organized, and deeply interested in diversity in order to produce editorial excellence and a repeatable processes that leads to editorial excellence.

The Web editor much be an effective communicator, a keen and sharp reader, and a problem solver.
